UPDATED 23 OCTOBER 2026
Your trial.
Your choice.
The initial AEO + SEO pilot is limited to 3 accepted businesses. It covers the published inclusions and limits for one business, one website, one eligible profile and one service area.
The first 30 days
Tenet charges A$0 for the agreed setup and first 30 calendar days of management. We confirm acceptance, required access, approved business material, the initial content priorities and the service start date in writing. The 30 days run from that agreed date once the required access and material are ready. A fit-call booking or preparation form is not acceptance into the pilot.
Your existing domain, business email and other suppliers remain your responsibility. The plan includes hosting for the single quote page while the service is active. Paid ads are optional and excluded from this pilot: any advertising management, media budget and additional provider charges require a separate written scope before they run.
After the trial
The total Tenet fee is A$1,490 per month, including any applicable GST. We only start paid management after you explicitly opt in. There is no automatic paid signup, minimum term or exit fee. Paid months are invoiced in advance; we agree the first paid service period and payment method before it starts.
For continuing management, email cancellation before the next invoice’s service start date to stop the following month. The current paid service period continues to its agreed end unless we agree an earlier handover. A change-of-mind cancellation does not automatically create a pro-rata refund; your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you do not opt in after the trial, the service ends with no Tenet setup or management fee owed for that trial.
Scope stays clear
There are two content items a month, up to 800 words each. The initial quote page counts as one item in month one. Two consolidated setup revision rounds, the specified technical/local work, monthly reporting and review, and the minor page-change allowance are included. Extra pages, full rebuilds, complex development and other exclusions on the pricing page are quoted separately before work. Client approvals and accurate project evidence are needed; we agree the next supported priorities if required material is unavailable.
Your accounts and content
You retain ownership of your domain, Google accounts, business information and enquiry data. Tenet works through access you authorise. Custom copy and business content created for you are yours; Tenet retains its reusable templates and tools, with permission for your business to use the delivered page files.
If you leave, we provide your page files and content export on request within five business days, without an exit charge. Tenet-managed hosting, form delivery and ongoing updates end with the service period; arrange replacement hosting and enquiry delivery before then. Your independently hosted website and Google profile remain yours. Third-party assets retain their own licence terms.
What the trial demonstrates
The trial lets you assess the agreed work, communication, baseline evidence and fit. Organic search improvements may take months. Search positions, AI recommendations, enquiry volumes, attended visits, signed jobs and revenue depend on factors beyond the service and are not guaranteed. We keep visits, received enquiries and client-confirmed outcomes separate; unknown or unavailable evidence is labelled.
Your team responds to and qualifies homeowners and confirms site visits. The included form and existing-calendar link do not supply a human setter, AI receptionist or completed sales process. Applicable consumer rights and remedies are additional to this voluntary trial and are not excluded or limited by these terms.
Any earlier written guarantee
If you already have a signed scope that includes Tenet’s earlier 120-day enquiry guarantee, that agreed commitment continues to apply. It is not included in this new AEO + SEO pilot.

A clear target.
A clear commitment.
If we miss your agreed qualified-enquiry target at the 120-day review, your next monthly management fee is automatically waived. We continue the agreed work for those next 30 days.
Agreed before you pay
We assess eligibility before you pay and record the baseline, target, covered services, measurement method and launch date in your written scope. We only offer the guarantee where the available evidence gives us reasonable grounds for the agreed target. If it does not, we explain that before you decide whether to proceed.
What the target measures
The baseline normally uses the preceding 90 days of reliable enquiry records, normalised to a 30-day count. Any seasonal adjustment is agreed and documented before work starts. The target is a specific whole-number count above that baseline, measured during days 91–120. A zero baseline requires a positive absolute target; a percentage applied to zero is not growth.
What counts as a qualified enquiry
A genuine person enquiring about a new project within the agreed services and service area, with usable contact details. We count each project once, even if the person calls and submits a form. Duplicates, spam, job applications, supplier pitches and administration for existing work do not count. Enquiries are opportunities, not guaranteed bookings, completed jobs or revenue.
Actual enquiries, with clear sources
We use actual received calls and forms recorded through the agreed measurement process. Impressions, website visits and clicks on a call button do not count as enquiries. The covered channels and any media budget are explicit in your scope. Organic and paid results are reported separately; increased advertising spend cannot be presented as organic enquiry growth.
When the 120 days start
The clock runs from the launch date agreed before work starts, with tracking verified and ready for that date. Your scope records the access, accurate business information and approvals needed from you. A material client-caused delay may extend the clock only with a documented reason, exact affected days and notice at the time. We do not change the target after seeing the results. A Tenet Local tracking failure cannot remove your entitlement to the fee waiver.
What happens if we miss
We review the agreed evidence at day 120. If the target is missed, the waiver applies automatically to your next monthly management fee, and the agreed work continues for 30 days. You do not need to purchase an additional service to receive it. This is one fee waiver, not an open-ended promise to work without a management fee until a target is met.
Earlier fees are not refunded under this commercial guarantee. Advertising spend and external provider charges remain payable and must be funded upfront as agreed. Any further paid management after the waived period follows your agreed continuation or cancellation terms.
Search takes time
SEO improvements can take months, and their effect varies with the business, competition and starting point. The guarantee backs the agreed enquiry target with a specific fee remedy. It does not guarantee a search ranking, AI recommendation, number of completed jobs or revenue.
Your rights and written scope
This page is a plain-English summary. Your written agreement records the specific target, dates, measurement and service responsibilities before you pay. This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not exclude or limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace those rights or the complete service agreement.
