This notice explains how Tenet Local handles call preparation details, call requests and online bookings.
What we collect
We collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, website, service area, project goals and optional priorities, along with the time and reference of your request. The Cloudflare version also uses a one-way keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store the raw IP in the enquiry record. If your link contains campaign labels, such as a campaign name or source, we save those labels with your submitted request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your details to understand your business, prepare for your growth call, respond to questions and follow up on your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you. Campaign labels help us understand which campaigns generate business enquiries. Submitting the form does not automatically book a meeting or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where it goes
Requests are saved in hosted Cloudflare storage. An email notification containing the submitted details is sent to the operator’s inbox through Resend. We use that notification to review and respond to the request. The public Cloudflare site’s enquiry records can only be retrieved through an authenticated owner export; they are not available through a public inbox. The private preview has a separate owner-restricted inbox. Our website and infrastructure providers process information to operate the site and may process it outside Australia. We do not sell your enquiry details.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Campaign labels are read from the page address when you submit the form, without setting a tracking cookie. Your browser may keep the request reference in session storage so you can continue to booking; it does not keep your contact details there. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access and security. This version does not load third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Booking your call
When you open our booking calendar, Google Calendar processes the name, email address, business details and appointment time you enter under Google’s privacy notice. Google creates the calendar appointment and Google Meet joining details. Your appointment is confirmed when you complete booking and receive Google’s confirmation. A request through the alternative contact form is confirmed separately by email.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask about your information, correct a request or request deletion, email liambengibo@gmail.com. Include the email address you submitted and your request reference if you have it. We keep enquiry details while responding to and managing the business relationship, and review deletion requests individually.
